Authorized Martin Warranty Repairs

Kovacik Guitars is a CF Martin Authorized Warranty Service Center capable of handling any and all Warranty repairs on your Martin guitar.  CF Martin provides a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. For those of you in the upstate New York area, this provides the convenience of having your warranty repairs completed locally by a craftsman who meets Martin's standards for repair quality. Local service also spares you the expense and anxiety of packaging and shipping your guitar to the factory in Nazareth, PA.

Some common issues that may be covered by warranty include neck resets, cracks in the top caused by the curling of pickguards that were applied at the factory under the finish, lifting bridges and loose braces.  However not all of these issues will always be covered by the warranty.  Often damage to a guitar or failure of a glue joint can be the result of the environment (excessive heat, like in the trunk of a car or an attic or extremes of humidity) or handling of the instrument. Each warranty claim is judged individually in the shop based on an in-hands evaluation of the damage.  All paperwork and contact with the factory is handled in house so all you have to do is drop off and pick up your guitar.
